His expertise spans audit, nonprofit organizations, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and franchise operations. UCF graduate, AICPA and FICPA member. Deeply active in the Orlando community.

A UCF graduate and Army veteran, Randy brings discipline, range, and deep technical expertise to everything he touches. His background spans public accounting, audit, tax, and outsourcing services across construction, nonprofits, medical practices, and the restaurant industry. Earned his CPA designation in 2003. Known for his technical chops and his approachability.

Joined Davis Group through the HHCBR merger on January 1, 2024. Cathy’s focus is audit, review, and compiled financial statements, plus corporate, partnership, and individual tax services including multi-state returns. Her sweet spot: commercial and industrial construction, manufacturing, and engineering. Cum laude FSC grad. AICPA and FICPA member.

Holds both a BS and Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida. Over 25 years focused on accounting, auditing, and business consulting across agriculture, construction, financial services, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, technology, and professional services. Known for precision and a deep commitment to the communities he serves.

One of the founding partners of HHCBR, Paula brings over 40 years of experience to Davis Group. She specializes in audit, review, and compiled financial statements, plus corporate, partnership, and individual tax including Federal and multi-state returns. Commercial construction, manufacturing, and engineering are her home ground. Summa cum laude UCF grad.

Co-founder of HHCBR with over 35 years in public accounting. Erika’s expertise spans tax, accounting, and reviewed financial statement services. She earned her BS in management magna cum laude from Florida State University and her BS in accounting from Florida Metropolitan University. AICPA and FICPA member.

Managing Tax Partner with over 30 years of comprehensive tax expertise. Michael serves clients across manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, and professional services. He excels in trust, gift, and estate planning, and holds a Series 65 investment license. Founded Altamonte CPA before joining the Davis Group family. UCF graduate.

Tax partner with over 20 years serving the Central Florida area. Cindy specializes in for-profit business tax across all entity types and is experienced in tax planning. She joined Davis Group in 2024 and holds a BS in accounting from the University of Central Florida. FICPA member since 2003.
